01 Context & Challenge
The World Creativity Festival is a Brazilian conference and exhibition celebrating creativity at the intersection of technology and sustainability — held across multiple venues in São Paulo and other cities. The challenge was to create a brand from scratch that could carry a big idea: creativity as a force for transformation. The identity needed to work across a large-scale event with many formats, locations, and audiences, while feeling visually original and conceptually coherent.

02 Strategic Intent
The creative direction was built around a single tension: the city and nature. Urban architecture as structure, natural regeneration as energy. Rather than illustrating the festival's themes literally, the goal was to build a visual system that embodied them — provocative enough to stop someone on the street, coherent enough to hold a full brand system. AI wasn't just a production tool here — it functioned as a creative provocateur, generating unexpected images that pushed the concept beyond what the team had originally imagined.
03 What We Built
A complete brand system designed 100% with AI: logo, dynamic layout system, color palette, typography, 3D visual assets, motion, and AI-generated personas — deployed across a full digital and out-of-home campaign. The visual language combined concrete architectural forms with organic, regenerative patterns — fractals, corals, crystals — rendered through a custom AI formula and refined in 3D and motion tools. The result was a generative system capable of producing disruptive, high-impact visuals at scale across every format and venue.

04 Impact & Extension
The festival happened — across São Paulo and multiple Brazilian cities. The campaign ran across digital and out-of-home media with a visual language disruptive enough to compete for attention in one of Brazil's most saturated urban environments.
The WCF identity won a Branding in AI award at the Human Academy festival, one of the first AI creativity festivals held in Brazil — validating both the system and the approach: AI as a tool that genuinely extends creative capacity, not just production speed.
